Researchers in the Centre for Comparative Law and Development Studies in Asia and the Pacific combine socio-legal and interdisciplinary approaches with classical comparative and international law analysis to explore a range of law-related issues faced by developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including issues relating to intellectual property and technology transfer, the regulation of financial markets, and environmental management.
