This study is the scenarios education of educational personnel administration
in the next decade (2014) under the Ministry of Education. It aims to analyze existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of present Thailand educational
personnel administration in terms of missions/roles/functions, administrative structure, managerial
resources, and managerial process; and define the desirable future of Thailand educational personnel administration.
